Ordering information

We wait for your orders at least 24-72 hours before the desired delivery time for the products. If you want our products for the same day, please call +372 646 6995to see together what we can offer you.

For large orders, please contact us kohvik@peppersack.ee or call +372 646 6995. We answer your phone and e-mails during the normal opening hours of the café.

You can shop online 24 hours a day. For orders placed after 17:00, the booking time will start the next morning. For example, when ordering a product with a 24-hour pre-order time in the e-shop at 5.30 pm, the earliest time to receive the goods is the next day. If the products in the shopping cart have different reservation times, it is possible to receive the goods according to the longest reservation time. If you want to receive some of the products earlier, please place separate orders for products with different pre-orders.

Peppersack does not currently offer a courier service, you must pick up all orders at our café yourself. Orders are issued during Peppersack's normal business hours.
